Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in the design and development of new products, as well as the enhancement of existing ones. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to create products that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype new product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
  • Continuously improve design processes, knowledge, and tools.
  • Ensure that all products are user-friendly, effective, and appealing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in product design and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and a user-centric approach to product design.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
