On September 20–21, Arthrex hosted KneePRO2025, an experts forum on advanced surgical innovations. Carril Agency was proud to partner on branding and design execution, working closely with the Arthrex marketing leaders who set the strategy.

Our role spanned from naming and identity creation to event branding and marketing assets that built anticipation and delivered impact at the venue.

From Naming to Identity

The event began with a clear need: a strong, recognizable identity. Arthrex wanted a brand that captured authority in orthopedics while being memorable to surgeons across IMEA.

We collaborated on:

  • Naming exploration → dozens of options were tested, with KneePRO chosen for its clarity and authority.
  • Tagline development → finalizing a concise promise: Experts Forum on Advanced Surgical Innovations.
  • Logo design → black-and-white sketches evolved into a final colored mark integrated with the tagline.

A Visual Identity Rooted in Region

For the event’s background identity, we designed a futuristic skyline featuring nine iconic landmarks from across IMEA:

  • Emirates Towers (UAE)
  • Taj Mahal (India)
  • Great Sphinx of Giza (Egypt)
  • Burj Khalifa (UAE)
  • Nelson Mandela Bridge (South Africa)
  • Kingdom Centre, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
  • Pyramids of Giza (Egypt)
  • Blue Mosque, Istanbul (Turkey)
  • Burj Al Arab (UAE)

This visual approach grounded the event in the region it serves, while also symbolizing innovation and global connection.

Building Buzz: Flyers, Faculty, and Video

Ahead of the event, our focus shifted to marketing assets. We designed:

  • Faculty flyers highlighting key speakers
  • Event flyers for social and email promotion
  • Coming soon videos to build awareness
  • Faculty invite videos with subtitles for broader reach

Each asset reinforced the KneePRO identity while keeping consistency across platforms.

On-Site Branding and Experience

Finally, we delivered on-site branding across:

  • Screens, banners, and digital signage
  • Backdrops and roller banners
  • Product-focused collateral
  • Photo walls and table branding

Our designs created a seamless, branded experience that carried from the first invite to the final session.

The Result

KneePRO2025 was a full-house success, with vibrant discussions, engaged surgeons, and impactful product showcases.
