UX Designer

This is a hands-on design and team collaboration role. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes other researchers, product designers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative digital products. As a UX designer and researcher, you work hard to understand your customers' goals, pain points, and expectations while keeping business objectives and requirements in mind.

‍Job Duties/Requirement

• Interview and research users and stakeholders.
• Understand business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings to create human-centered experiences and designs.
• Based on business requirements, create and refine UX-related artifacts such as research synthesis, persona profiles, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low-high fidelity mockups.
• Create an information architecture for a website, app, or digital product.
• Collaboration with cross-functional team members is essential, as is facilitating feedback / technical feasibility sessions on proposed design approaches.
• Participate in client meetings and communications with UX/UI design expertise.
• Communicate design risks and tradeoffs to the team and stakeholders in a proactive and clear manner.
