Back-end Developer

This role will involve assisting in the development of website & mobile application projects. To succeed in the position, the ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized developer with attention-to-detail.

Job Duties/Requirement

• Accountability, Management, and Leadership ("LMA").
• You will be responsible for the server side code and APIs of our customer facing marketing sites and platforms as the Back-End Developer at Carril Agency.
• Experience developing large-scale websites and a solid understanding of web development technologies, third-party applications, and platforms are required.
• Experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP or Python (preferably with django CMS and Drupal).
• Outstanding communication abilities. On a daily basis, web developers must clearly communicate and collaborate with team members (remotely).
• The ability to adhere to a strict set of coding standards. It is critical that our code is consistent and well-designed.
• A working knowledge of GitHub, Slack, Asana, and other project management and communication tools.
